Mrs. Lydia Gazzo & several other NAD staff & alumni, who all have been on high school & college dance teams, will be teaching this class. If your dancer is wanting to tryout for Junior High, High School, or College Dance Team then this is the clinic for them!

When: Mondays 3:45-5pm
Cost: $240

To reserve your spot, you must pay in full. Come to the office Monday-Thursday 3-6:30pm to register in the office.

Class Description:
This class will be extremely beneficial for dancers auditioning for their school’s dance team (Jr High, High School, & College). We will help with preparing these dancers for their dance team try outs.

Week 1-2 ….The first two classes we will discuss and focus on certain dance elements that are required for most dance teams. Dancers will be sent home with a skill’s sheet the first class. After accessing the class on certain skills during the first two classes, the teachers will check which skills your dancer needs to focus & improve on before their dance team try out.

Week 3-8 … Throughout the next 6 classes, the class will work all those skills & learn different types of dance team combos.

Week 9-10 … The last 2 classes we will hold a mock audition & give each dancer their score sheet & feed back at the end of class.

This class will help dancers have a better understanding of what skills are required for most dance teams & what to expect when they try out. The class will be fun & certainly a positive experience while helping them to gain confidence before their try outs!
